Babylon

We had a wonderful experience at Babylon Restaurant thanks to our amazing waitress, Robyn. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel so welcome from the moment we sat down. I ordered the halloumi salad, which was absolutely delicious – perfectly cooked halloumi with fresh, vibrant flavours. My husband had the beef burger with added blue cheese and bacon, and he couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic it was. Thank you, Robyn, for making our meal so enjoyable. We’ll definitely be returning!

I truly enjoyed my dinner in such a spectacular atmosphere surrounded by lovely people. Everything, from the food to the service, made the evening unforgettable. I’m sure I’ll be coming back many times to relive this wonderful experience again and again!

I ordered risotto , tastes good only complaint is I found hair in it. Mates got fish and chips and loved it Cheesecake for dessert was ace!

We visited on Friday for my aunt's 78th birthday, we had requested a table for 6 and if possible in a quiet location. They were extremely accommodating and gave us a large table that still gave us the lovely atmosphere of the restaurant. We had 2 guests coming from Ireland who were delayed and the staff were very accommodating in regards to this. The food was fantastic and the service great. Would highly recommend! Thank you!

We stayed in Raynes park Travellodge . Babylon was next door and had good reviews. Friday night and all booked ( a good sign) so we ordered a take away. First impressions were good a very friendly greeting. I asked about cutlery and reassured they provided wooden not plastic knives and forks for take away. I didn't feel rushed and given time to order. I couldn't help but notice the great atmosphere I was told 10-15 minutes , I opted to wait and ordered a glass of house Macedonian wine ( new to me and good ) Complimentary olives whilst I waited and sat in window a treat. Food came within time frame as promised. Both the Mushroom risotto with chicken ( very generous portion) and seafood risotto were delicious. Side order of green beans, perfectly cooked. What a treat and a find . Lovely staff great service and tasty food. Really enjoyed. Thank you Babylon.

Babylon in Raynes Park offers a delightful mix of Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine in a cozy setting. The food is flavorful, portions generous, and service warm and attentive. A local gem perfect for casual dinners or family gatherings. Highly recommend the mixed grill and homemade hummus – truly delicious!

Love the meal here! The food was delicious and drinks were good! From the burger bread to the meat, from the breakfast egg to bacon, salad, chips, they were seasoned well and cooked well. Besides coffee and tea, you can also find special drinks here too.

We went in after a doctor's appointment at a nearby clinic. The atmosphere was vibrant and lively, the waiters friendly and helpful and the croissants were delicious. We had a look at the menu and noticed whatever people were having all the looked delicious.. Will definitely go again for a meal soon.
